Welcome to GrowthRealtyHub.com, including its The MovingHub IA and MotoAgent IA pages and sections (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Growth Realty LLC, doing business as Growth Realty Hub. TheMovingHubIA.com and MotoAgentIA.com are vanity domains that redirect to pages on the Site and are covered by this Privacy Policy just the same. 

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us directly, such as when you fill out a contact form, request a home valuation, register for a listing alert, or otherwise reach out to us through our main website or any affiliated pages:

  • Name, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Property interests (buying, selling, price range, neighborhoods, timelines)
  • Messages, comments, or other information you choose to share

 

Information collected automatically when you browse the Site:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
  • Pages viewed, referring URL, time on site, and general browsing behavior
  • Approximate location derived from IP address

 

Information from property search / IDX tools (if enabled on the Site): search criteria, saved searches, and properties viewed, which help us understand what you’re looking for and follow up with relevant listings. Listing data displayed through any IDX or MLS feed originates from the applicable Multiple Listing Service and is provided under license from an authorized IDX vendor; that vendor’s own privacy practices may also apply and will be linked on the Site where relevant.

 

Cookies and similar technologies: We and our service providers (such as website analytics and advertising tools) use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand site usage, remember preferences, and, where applicable, deliver relevant advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some Site features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide the real estate, storage/moving, or related services you request
  • Match you with relevant listings, market information, and neighborhood content
  • Communicate with you by email, phone, or text about your inquiry, requested services, and—where you’ve consented—ongoing market updates or promotional content
  • Coordinate showings, transactions, and referrals with our brokerage, Keller Williams Greater Des Moines, and any co-operating brokers or affiliated service providers
  • Improve the Site, our marketing, and the accuracy of our content
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and MLS/brokerage obligations

 

Text messages and calls: If you provide your phone number and consent to be contacted, a member of our team may call or text you regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or asking us directly. We do not sell or share your phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We will never rent, sell, or trade your name, email, phone number, or other personal information to outside companies, marketers, or data brokers.

The only sharing we do is what’s operationally necessary to actually provide the services you’ve requested, such as real estate representation, showings, transactions, or storage/moving services. That sharing is limited to:

  • Our brokerage and team members—Keller Williams Greater Des Moines, Joseph Huss, and authorized team members who need it to assist with your inquiry or transaction
  • Service providers who work on our behalf, such as website hosting, our email/CRM platform, and the IDX/MLS data provider (where applicable)—these providers are contractually restricted to using your information only to perform the service we’ve hired them for, not for their own purposes
  • Other real estate professionals, such as co-operating brokers, when necessary to facilitate a showing or transaction
  • Affiliated Growth Realty LLC brands you separately engage with, only with your knowledge or consent
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, only if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public

Outside of these operational categories, your information stays with Growth Realty LLC.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, and comply with legal and MLS/brokerage recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to, or a copy of, the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing emails (via the unsubscribe link) or texts (by replying “STOP”)
  • Confirm that we do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes (see Section 3)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Terms and Conditions

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP.” After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
