GrowthRealtyHub.com, including its The MovingHub IA and MotoAgent IA pages and sections, is owned and operated by Growth Realty LLC, doing business as Growth Realty Hub. We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including people with disabilities, and are actively working to make the Site usable and accessible to as many visitors as possible—we view this as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. TheMovingHubIA.com and MotoAgentIA.com are vanity domains that redirect to pages on the Site and are covered by this statement just the same.
1. Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA—the technical standard most commonly referenced by courts and accessibility professionals for website compliance. This includes efforts such as:
- Providing meaningful alternative text for images, including listing photos where feasible
- Ensuring the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
- Using clear, consistent navigation and readable typography
- Structuring forms (including contact and inquiry forms) so they can be completed using assistive technology
2. Property Listing (IDX/MLS) Data
Where property listings on the Site are displayed through a licensed IDX/MLS feed, that listing content—including photos and descriptions—originates from the Multiple Listing Service and its participants and may not always meet the same accessibility standard we apply to the rest of the Site. We work with our IDX provider toward an accessible listing search experience and will provide an accessible alternative (such as a text-based listing description or direct assistance from our team) upon request.
3. Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is not a “set it and forget it” task. We periodically review the Site for accessibility issues as it evolves and prioritize fixes as they’re identified. We welcome feedback, because real user experience—not automated scans—is often the best way to catch what we’ve missed.
4. Third-Party Tools & Links
The Site may use third-party tools (such as IDX search widgets, scheduling tools, or analytics platforms) or link to third-party websites (including Keller Williams corporate resources) that we do not control. While we select vendors with accessibility in mind where possible, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or tools outside our direct control.
