Welcome to GrowthRealtyHub.com, including its The MovingHub IA and MotoAgent IA pages and sections (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Growth Realty LLC, doing business as Growth Realty Hub. TheMovingHubIA.com and MotoAgentIA.com are vanity domains that redirect to pages on the Site and are covered by these Terms just the same. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
GrowthRealtyHub.com is owned and operated by Growth Realty LLC, doing business as Growth Realty Hub—the legal entity through which Joe Huss, a licensed REALTOR® affiliated with Keller Williams Greater Des Moines, 4001 Westown Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50266 (Iowa License ID F05542000), conducts business. All real estate brokerage services are provided through Keller Williams Greater Des Moines in accordance with Iowa real estate licensing law.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to researching real estate, home moving/storage services, or related content. You agree not to:
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract listing or Site data except as permitted by an applicable IDX license
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through any form
- Interfere with the Site’s security, functionality, or availability
- Use the Site in a manner that violates any applicable law, including fair housing laws
3. MLS / IDX Listing Data
Property listing information that appears on the Site may be provided in whole or in part through an Internet Data Exchange (“IDX”) feed licensed from an authorized MLS or IDX vendor. Where applicable:
- Listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate and is subject to change without notice, including price, status, and availability
- Listing data is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing
- Listings display the identity of the listing brokerage as required by MLS rules
- Data may be updated periodically and may not reflect real-time changes; users should confirm current details with Growth Realty LLC or the listing agent
- All trademarks, listing photos, and MLS data remain the property of their respective owners (including the applicable MLS and listing brokers) and are used under license
3a. Your Data Is Not Shared
We do not sell, rent, or share the personal information or contact details you submit through the Site with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Information you submit is used solely by Growth Realty LLC and the limited operational parties described in our Privacy Policy (our brokerage, service providers acting on our behalf, and co-operating real estate professionals when necessary to facilitate a transaction). 6. The MovingHub IA Services
Storage tote rental and related services offered through The MovingHub IA are subject to separate service terms and pricing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos (excluding MLS-sourced listing photos, which remain the property of their respective owners), and design—is owned by or licensed to Growth Realty LLC, DBA Growth Realty Hub, and/or Growth Ventures LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as MLS/IDX providers, Keller Williams corporate resources, or social media platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third-party sites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, unless otherwise required by law.
